Betsy Ann does not believe in customer satisfaction I contacted them about a cocoanut egg I purchased at Sam's club this past easter 2013 it was packaged saying it was a cocoanut CREAM egg I bought it because I can't eat whole cocoanut after I opened it a few days after easter and realized it was shredded I emailed them they told me I must have been confused about the packaging. NOT! Then I could drive it 20 some odd miles out of my way for a refund. Bad business I won't buy from them again!!! They acted as though I was a bother.
