Dean Leonhad has been in the microscope sales and service industry for over 36 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Microscopes, Cryostats, Microtomes, Centrifuges as well as other hospital lab equipment. We SELL microscopes as well, and have many models to fit just about any budget.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dean Leonhard has serviced nearly all models of microscopes for 35 years. Mr. Leonhard also provides service on cryostats, microtomes and centrifuges and can provide many references of happy and satisfied customers. Leonhard Instrument Company employs two additional service technicians with education and experience on the repairs of microscopes and hospital lab equipment. Both technicians have electronics background which can save customers from the costly purchase of electrical board replacement in equipment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Leonhard Instrument Company is customer oriented and offers a money back guarantee if not satisfied with the service they receive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, our technicians are scheduled onsite to service equipment. We cover Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland.
