What is your primary product or service?
"OOPS!, the Oz of Prevention System", a computerized maintenance management system, not just for the maintenance department, but for any business that seeks organization. Use Oz to maintain data for inventory/parts, scheduling, work orders/tickets, vendors/contacts/consultants, Equipment, Purchasing - Get reports, see graphs/charts. Also available for custom software solutions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The company was started to write custom software when PCs were just coming of age. After writing a custom solution for PPG, we obtained their permission to market it as a package and OOPS! was born! There were several upgrades; the current system Oz/OOPS! is an "evolution" of the original OOPS!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Bug free software, really! Superior technical support; Functional, flexible and user-friendly solutions. We pride ourselves on good customer relations, we offer reasonable rates, and do custom programming as well as sell Oz/OOPS!. We also offer training, support and custom changes to the Oz/OOPS! package.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Home office in Pittsburgh; affiliates in Colorado, Mexico, Netherlands, & Brazil
