How long have you been in business?
Started in 2009 in Ebensburg, PA. We relocated to Wexford in summer 2012.
What is your primary product or service?
Video Production
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love telling stories. I wanted to have a company that could tell the great stories other people had. Creating videos for companies allows me to do this.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Visual Element is based on three things: Why, What, How. Why I'm in business is because I believe small businesses deserve a voice. They need a way to showcase and promote their ideas, talents and products. What I do is create web, training and promotional videos as well as documentaries for small business and organizations. Hard work, dedication, creativity and integrity is how I help bring your companies vision to life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have one location in Wexford. My plans for expansion include moving into a full scale studio to give increased production value and quality in a more controlled and creative environment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept cash and check. We will soon be able to take debit/credit card.
Which areas do you service?
Visual Element serves all of western Pennsylvania. From Altoona to Midland, Butler to Washington and everywhere in between.

What are your hours of operation?
Office Hours are Monday-Saturday 10a-5p

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment I could get from a client is a referral. When I get a referral from a client it shows me that they trust me and my work. They feel confident they won't be disappointed.
