I was recommended them from my home inspector and so they were requested to come out to do the test. They failed to show up two times. The third time they thought that a sign that said no through traffic for the street meant it was a no entrance allowed or one way street. (The guy said he thought it was one way, the woman that was on the phone for them said she thought it wasn't allowed). When calling them they are extremely rude and condescending in how they talk to you trying to tell you that you can't possibly know anything about radon like them... they then failed to show up multiple times to pick up the test. I had to pay extra to get it to be processed timely for my inspections. Overall a very poorly run organization that I would not recommend. They are also overpriced I found out afterwards sadly, neither my home inspector nor my realtor will be using them in the future. They still have failed to send me a bill showing what I have paid for, but when I call to try and get it, it just goes to voicemail. At this point, i would recommend if you want this done to order e test from Amazon and do it yourself, at least that way you can have it done timely.
