How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Since the year 2000, I have been involved in Hotel Management for a Pittsburgh-based company. In the year 2017 when they decided to close the business for good, I decided to get my Real estate license and moved to the property management side of the real estate business. I enjoy my work and have grown my business organically since then.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am serious about growing my business and thus I am constantly upgrading my skills as a Realtor and Manager. I have received additional certifications like PSA, SRES. I do free consultations, and only recommend other businesses when I have personally used them in some capacity. Most importantly I have a client niche and would only take on Single-family to four-family homes for management.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Yes, the plans are in pipeline and as I get opportunity, I would continue to grow with my team.

I like to personally supervise and control the operations

As a Realtor, I usually work around my client's schedule. So, I am open every day, with an appointment only.
